My go-to bar for Sunday football. Eve and Sal are amazing, and watching my Raiders here is always a fun time. I drink non-alcoholic, so they have Heineken zero. The steak Nachos and Mexican sampler are tasty, and I recommend them. The parking lot in the back is small and usually full, but there is street parking in front and sides. Reasonable prices. Fun experience overall.

New bar! Loved the atmosphere and vibes. Great music, cool seats, good food menu selection. They have TVs all around and Host the ‘UFC’ and ‘Boxing’ matches. The place was very clean. Jen ‘The Bartender’ was very informative, kind, welcoming and hospitable. Definitely (The New Hot Spot) to check out.

Karaoke Nights on Thursday just started this Thursdsy May 23rd at 9pm and Will be happening every thursday from 9pm - 2am what a great time, the whole room had such great energy, the beer and wine selection was on point and the staff incredible attentive. I think we found a new Karaoke spot on Thursday night with a diverse lineup of singers and music in between definitely bring your dancing shoes!

Today I ate some wings and was able to split my wing flavor. It was a nice experience considering the board games to keep us occupied. Our server was patty and she was super friendly. There is a little vintage store next door which is fun to browse while waiting. Will definitely be back with friends!

I have some mixed feelings about my experience last night, so I'm not completely sure if I had come on an off evening or not.

Firstly, I'm an avid karaoke goer. I enjoy it and am always willing to try new spots around Los Angeles. So when my friend suggested coming to this place, I was obviously excited to try something new. I was told it was the New Scotland Yard at first, but that's apparently the bar a few doors down. There isn't amazing sinage, so it was sort of hard to know which building. We mostly found it because of the large glass windows.

The resturant/bar itself was very clean and had a pretty cool vibe to it. The patrons there were also very friendly. I'd venture to say there were maybe 25-30 people there last night. But the space was so large it felt empty in a good way.

As with any establishment that sells drinks, the first thing we did was go to the bar to get served. My friends had gone up before I did and had been helped already. I stood at the bar waiting for a drink for a while before I realized the bartenders had no intention of acknowledging me. In my defense, I went up to the bar to get a drink multiple times and was never spoken to or looked at. Which is weird because I wouldn't have deemed them to be busy. That aside, I mostly came for karaoke, I don't need to spend my money if the bartenders won't even greet or acknowledge me.

I had gone and put in a song and proceeded to wait in one of the booths to sing. I apparently had met the KJ before at The Last Call, I remember him being pretty kind, so there were no issues there. My only problem is places that have karaoke and play long intervals of dance music (4-5mins) between singers. It mostly defeats the purpose of coming to sing. If I wanted to dance, I wouldn't have gone to karaoke. Not sure if that makes sense to anyone else, but that's honestly just my personal preference. DJ/dance nights are for dancing, KJ/karaoke nights are for singing.

Anyway, I waited for a bit to sing my first song, and I recall asking if the mic could be turned up and it just didn't really happen. Now, the KJ was absolutely mixing the sound, but it kind of felt like the mic was still intentionally kept low. For the singers out there, I'm sure they can relate and are very grateful for some amazing mixing behind that KJ booth. Either way, that still wasn't a deal breaker.

After my first song, went up to try to get another drink, no luck. Ignored still. I think they want you to flag them down. I've never in my life had to beg for a drink at relatively "empty" bar before.

I think my biggest issue of the night was that I had asked the KJ if we we'd be able to sing another song before the end of the night, we had about an hour left. He said maybe, which was confusing to me because there weren't that many singers. That being said, long intervals of dance music between songs. It had gotten to the end of the night where my song was on the board as the last song and the KJ bumped me off the list for one of my friends. Then proceeded to say in the mic that he's a "wh*re for money," and he bumped her up to sing the last song because she tipped him money. I was unaware that I needed to pay to be able to sing a song I was already signed up for an hour ago.

Again, it's only my personal preference, but I think there was more than enough time to get all singers in if there wasn't prolonged music between them. That aside, that wasn't completely a deal breaker, again maybe an off night, but I certainly wouldn't come back of my own volition. If a friend suggested it, I'd give karaoke another try. But yea, cool place, off evening.

The bar is new in the neighborhood, I love that is close from where we live. The atmosphere is cool, and the food is good… we got the chicken nachos!
They also have beer specials at a good price.
