Popped in on the way home from Tokyo with the intention of having a beer or two before hitting the Delta lounge and I ended up staying the entire wait.

Austin is the best. Super personable and smart, quick to take care of everyone and wonderful to chat with.

The food was great. Delicious and filling. Great brews too (though it'd be nice to have a couple more beer selections).

Great spot to stop as you move through terminal 3.

For a $17 fries, yes Philly Cheesesteak fries, I expect to taste a mind-blowing, well fried, crispy fries with melted cheese and beef.

What we got instead was a box of soggy fries with rubber-like cheese and cardboard toughness meat. Lacking salt. Lacking much care and effort.

Even at airport scale, this is bad... yes the place looks nice and clean, but quite frankly horrible and never returning.

Did I mention that service was completely impersonal, condescending and disinterested? As well as most of the menu not even being available.

Airport eatery monopoly at best.

LAX, entrance to Terminal 3, Delta. Freshly sliced meat; they messed up and gave Steve’s sandwich to the person behind in line; got grouchy when Steve called their attention to their error; no apology after remaking the sandwich; a whopping $20 for the sandwich; fresh bread and good bacon on it.

I read a lot of the reviews, because at the time of reviewing it, it has a 1.9/5. I’m shocked. I’m usually pretty harsh with reviews but this place was clutch, especially compared to what your other choices are in terminal 3.

It’s LAX and people think food is going to be affordable, at an airport; they are clearly misinformed on where they’re at. We ordered the Italian and the turkey club. We sat at the bar. Both sandwiches came out in less than 5 minutes and tasted great. The bread was fine, the meat was good, large volume of food.

The service was great as well. The guy at the bar asked us if we’d like anything, tossed us some sauce for free, and made sure we were good. 3 beers and 2 sandwiches total came to 89 something but again.. you’re in California, in LA, at an airport.

I would compare this place to a bug zapper. It attracts you with its flashy aesthetics but when you go there you get burnt and regret your decision. Several advertised menu items were not available first thing in the morning. The breakfast sandwich had soggy bread and was the saltiest thing I have eaten all year. Prices were also very expensive for the quality of food. I would skip this place until they figure out new recipes and adequate prices.

Ordered a beer from the bar, and some takeout food. Service seemed decent at first, but after receiving my takeout food, I noticed that he had added a 20% gratuity for the entire tab. I’m not sure if that’s normal, but I’ve worked in F&B for a long time, and it definitely seemed “scammish” especially since he didn’t say anything about it. I’ve seen shady servers/businesses do this purposely so they get double tipped without the customer knowing. We ordered 2 wraps, one of them being a Caesar Salad wrap. We took our food to the gate directly adjacent to the food court, and when we opened the wrap dressing literally poured out onto my wife’s lap. She refused to eat it after that’s The actual tortilla had the texture of a wet paper towel, which oddly enough is what we needed to clean up the mess. Safe to say, I won’t be eating here again. There’s not a ton of great options at this terminal, but they’ve got to better than this.

They have an impossible “plant based“ burger but when I asked if it was vegan they said only without the sauce. It was def dry. Took about 25 mins to come out. Fries were good. They weren’t doing shakes at the time although they do have a “plant based” one - now I’m confused though since the plant based burger was not actually vegan - is the shake?

In addition to the regular counter, there's a wall off to the side as a self pay kiosk for all 4 nearby restaurants. I ordered from here, because their kiosks had pictures of each item. I ordered a basic turkey club, and then got their confirmation text, and it said it would be ready in 30 MINUTES. They didn't seem busy, but I thought maybe they prepare their food somewhere else and have it brought in? So I walked away, waited about 15 minutes. I walked by again, saw 2 bags on the counter, asked if one was mine and it was. So why the text about the 30 minute wait? This problem should be easily fixed.
Others have complained about the price, but this IS in an airport and in LA. The sandwich itself was pretty big, but also pretty bland.
