This was not my first experience here, but it was definitely my favorite. I was at this location within the last week, and got a bag for my birthday. I love the bag, but the customer service is beyond next level. We were actually greeted when we walked in and helped almost instantly! All the bags I was interested in were presented to me to be able to try on, and it was a whole experience. They brought my boyfriend and I water, and didn’t rush us at all, I tried on multiple bags, and really took my time making my decision with 0 pressure to purchase. I left with my new bag and I couldn’t be happier.

Needs to wait for the sales associates to get in, otherwise you have to get in line. Services are friendly and very helpful.

After hosting a gala for domestic violence volunteers, I hosted the keynote speaker. She wanted to explore the mall at short hills as she was from rural VA. When we walked into the Fendi store, no one greeted us, and when we needed help, no one acknowledged us. With that being said, we left and spent our money elsewhere. We were carrying shopping bags, so it should have been clear that we were not window shopping. We were well received at Versace, and Gucci and she spent a lot of money. I do not recommend this store at all. As a NJ native, I was deeply embarrassed about the service. Good thing the other stores had better customer service so our out of town guest did not have a negative outlook for our state in its entirety.

If you shop at this store you must work with Ashely! She made my shopping experience so enjoyable. Ashley took the time to really listen & help me put together the vision for the birthday gift that I was in search of. It was so easy & fun!

I went to this location for the LV store but was told by the sales rep that it was a 50 min wait for a sales client. Not sure why I needed one to enter the store. I decided not to wait and went to Fendi across from LV.This was my first shopping experience at this Fendi location in the Short Hills Mall. I was immediately invited in with no wait time and no questions before hand. When I did have questions, Joe was there. He was polite, patient, and knowledgeable. I am very satisfied with my purchase and the experience I had and will def return!

Great store with excellent service! We visit several luxury stores in the mall all the time but I can categorically say Alexis at Fendi is the best. She helped us with selecting shoes. She was super accommodative and I will always ask for her when I plan to come here again in future.

Great customer service! Joe had my poncho shipped overnight from New York, which saved me a drive. My appointment was great! Dedicated 1-on-1 service and beautiful packaging. I will shop here again soon. Thanks Joe and Fendi!
