I had to go into town for the Post Office. As a recent transplant from the South, this was my first time in the town so had no idea where was good to grab lunch.
Fortunately, Sal's was one of the first places I saw and went for it. Great little spot, you walk in and it's clearly popular, although it's the type of place that were it in London, it would have a queue all the way out the door.
I ordered 2 pizza slices and a drink which came to just over £10!
My food was to go so it wasn't until I got home that I realised that I had been given an incorrect slice...turns out, not a problem, both slices were delicious! More than happy to scoff the lot.
Will definitely be back.

This was our first visit to Sal's while visiting Falkirk & OMG the pizza is divine!!! The best pizza we've ever tasted with delicious flapjack too. The staff are outstanding & beyond helpful. We really wish we lived closer as we'd be regulars!!! Thank you so much !!!!

Been to Sal's a number of times and never been disappointed. Food is amazing, love the different flavours of pizza slice for lunch. The cookies are superb as well.

We have also ordered as take away and it's just as good as eating in.

I popped in here as I read the good reviews and they did not lie! Food is outstanding! I shared one of the spicy chicken subs with my husband and it was absolutely delicious! We also shared a cookie royale and it was incredible! Both were headed up, sandwich had gooey melted cheese and the cookie was all soft in the middle!
The girl that served us was friendly and polite, and the cafe is very pleasant to sit in and people watch through the window! Will definitely be back - an absolute hidden gem!

I've been here a few times now and have really liked it each time. The lunch time meal deal has 3 tiers which top out at just under £8 for a slice, a drink and a baked good which are also very tasty. The slices are generous and one slice of pizza with a tray bake sustains me through to dinner - and I tend to eat bigger positions in general. There is also a wide range of slices on offer.
The staff are very friendly and if I worked in Falkirk I'd be willing to bet that I'd be here twice a week at least as opposed to my monthly visits at this stage.
The only drawback is limited seating, which is all bar stools, but they can't do anything about the size/shape of the unit and the cosiness does give the feel of an authentic 'grab and go' pizzeria that you might experience in New York and the decor follows that style of layout too. Plus, with it being entirely window seating, you can watch the variety of folk in Falkirk Town centre go about their lives and the cars that generally make a hash of turning the corner immediately outside.
For parking the best way that I have found is to park down the street at ASDA, since Falkirk Town centre is generally hostile to traffic.
