This the best Mexican food in Park Ridge. My wife and I went for some late night dinner on Wednesday night and left very happy and full. The enchiladas mole were quite excellent. It's a very traditional mole sauce. The service is great. The drinks are excellent. Not too sweet, which I appreciate. I will say the chips are a little bit on the oily side so maybe they need to shake it out a little bit more when it comes out of the fryer. I highly recommend the barbacoa. I will be getting the skirt steak next time. Seating is plentiful and there are two bars to sit at which is pretty impressive for a downtown Park Ridge establishment. I really hope the food quality stays the same because I really love this restaurant.

All in all, I can't wait to come back to this place. So happy we were able to try it.

We decided to try a new place for breakfast, and are already saying we want to go back tomorrow for dinner! This place is true authentic Mexican food. We could not have been happier with our meals - full of flavor, came out quickly, and left us very satisfied. The chips and salsa were already on the table when we arrived and it was hard to not eat all them because they were so good and we didn’t want to get too full before our meal! Previous reviews mention the chips being a little too oily - please do not change this I loved them. Ambiance was great, and staff was even better.

If you haven’t tried this place for breakfast you have to check it out!

My parents and I loved everything we ate and the drinks. Super friendly & attentive service. I had the barbacoa enchiladas with salsa verde, my parents had the shrimp & rice and steak burrito. We couldn't stop raving about it. Never heard of a blueberry margarita but I got one and loved it. Chips & salsa came complimentary despite what earlier reviews say. Seems this new restaurant is listening to feedback and taking action. Definitely go out and give it a try! Excellent addition to Park Ridge

First of all the decor at this place was great. There was obvious attention to detail. Chips are already on the tables even before you sit down. The salsa was good, but I wanted a side of guacamole which was authentically made. We shared the steak fajitas and chicken mole. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and we had leftovers to take home. My husband wasn't a fan of the mole but I liked it. We both agreed the steak was cooked perfectly. I think I found my new favorite nearby Mexican restaurant!

Delicious! 10/10 I would recommend it and would definitely be coming back again. The green sauce ribs are absolutely amazing and so were the shrimp. Amazing seasoning! The atmosphere is upbeat and pleasant. Something I appreciated was that if the have well seasoned and non spicy options. They have something for everyone whether you love spicy food or non spicy food. I definitely came back to try the Talpiqueña dish, that has a chicken tortilla covered in mole with a delicious side salad.

We found this on Google and was skeptical at first but omg it was amazing. So authentic and bold flavors. We plan to be back in a few weeks. The service was phenomenal and the owner was so nice and came to talk to us. We went for brunch and it was empty I recommend this place. I got the huevos rancheros and my friend got the chilaquiles. We loved both and the salsa tasted like my abuelita was in the kitchen making it.

Absolutely awful service and food. It seems we got a fluke waiter who was really overwhelmed. We waited for 15-20 to being addressed after being sat. We were told that they didn’t have iced tea that was on the menu and someone behind us got it. Very turned off having to pay for chips and salsa, especially with the prices for food. I was so excited for the fajitas but they were so bland, look at the photo there was NO seasoning on it. Rice was the same, no flavor. My husband’s meal was 5 shrimp with a pile of rice for 25.00 guess who is still hungry and had to get food on the way home. Overall there is better Mexican in the area and you are treated better.

The “rules” on the menu are very off putting too. No splitting check, 2 cards per table, 3% service fee
