Poor-quality Service Attitudes towards customer.

About a year ago, I purchased a pair of sunglasses, and the coating on the nose pads started peeling off after just six months. However, when I reached out to them, I received an absurd response stating that because the affected area is the part that touches the face, they can’t do anything about it, including repairs.

They told me, “Only the part that touches your face has the coating peeling off, so we can’t take any action.” It was the first time I encountered such a low-level service mentality that blamed the customer.

Are they implying there’s something wrong with my face? Are they suggesting it’s because of my cosmetics? It sounded as though they were saying that my skin must have some component that caused the coating to peel off. I felt incredibly insulted, angry, and astounded, but I just left.

Given such a trashy mindset, I decided the best solution is to never buy from them again. Ferragamo… I will never purchase anything from them again.

Still, I will file a complaint with Ferragamo’s headquarters. Such poor-quality service attitudes towards customer interaction must be addressed.

Had some of the worst customer service at this store. Not even for a luxury designer store, but just in general. The older female Asian sales rep was super unhelpful, not giving any suggestions and just watching, and even laughed after asking for my shoe size. After going to all the other stores at the outlets, and seeing such great customer service, it just made my experience stand out even more.

I purchased a Ferragamo watch for my husband last night, and I am extremely disappointed with my experience. When I examined the watch more closely at home, I found that it was covered in scratches and clearly not in the pristine condition one would expect from a luxury brand like Ferragamo. To make matters worse, the salesperson did not inform me that the watch was a final sale item at the time of purchase. This lack of transparency and the poor condition of the product have left me very dissatisfied. I expected much better quality and service from Ferragamo. I urge others to be cautious and thoroughly inspect items before purchasing, especially if they might be non-returnable.

I stopped coming to this store as it was very small, dull and had barely any selection of clothes and shoes. But I went to the newly renovated store this noon and was surprised to see the awesome selection they have. It has turned into a beautiful store. And to add a cherry on the top, a rep named Supriya helped me. She was amazing. Not only she went out of her way to help us out, but was very patient and calm. Will definitely go back for my loafers for which they did not have a size today.

I was looking at a skirt and asked the associate to check the price twice as it was on sale, and after wasting time trying it on and waiting for them to get me the size, I was surprised at the cash when went to pay that the price is double! Very bad customer service

I went in yesterday and was dressed down, and I noticed every time I’ve walked in there dressed down they pay zero attention to me and are barely willing to help when I have to ask. It’s pretty sad. Terrible service.

Wide selection of clothing and accessories for both men and women. Positive shopping experience with friendly associates. Nice ambiance, the flow of the store is designed well. I'm happy with my purchase. Will return.

If you ever want to feel what it it like to be profiled and watched like a hawk, you should visit the store. Multiple employees were watching us / moving around the store as we looked through the racks. From the minute we walked in there was a difference in our treatment compared to the other shoppers. The manager said it was their policy to follow people, "in case someone needed assistance" and that when they were talking about us it was that it was cause we looked like we needed help, but lots of other "customers" were able to freely walk around the store.
