I love Italians , fendi and the service. You walk in and the selection is smart and sexy. The staff are Italian and love the accent. The store is big and you see the products and you purchase without permission. Fend is my favourite as it has the class and credentials for Italian fashion. I recommend this store as you never will experience tue service that I have and come back for grazie mille fendi

I purchased slides from Fendi and they damaged my feet. I have visited the boutique and sent Fendi pictures and explanations and informed that the material was very stiff and slides were cutting the skin while I was wearing the slides. I have different slides/shoes from Fendi and they are absolutely fine. I also informed Fendi that I know personally a friend who has also purchased the same slides in different colour and he has the same problem too hence material is in question. Fendi did not accept responsibility and did not solve a problem. It is sad that such respected brand makes so low quality slides.
