I had the most wonderful experience at Fendi. Both Kasia and Ashley were absolutely incredible and helped me with my purchase. I was able to order my size las it wasn’t in stock at the time, and they were so kind to message me when it was ready to pick up.
I love Fendi, and I’ll definitely be using this store for my next purchases. The great customer service and lovely staff in store make the experience so special!

I recently went to fendi on the 26/12/24 and I just want to say kassia customer service was horrible. I approached her nicely and said hello and i was ignored. I then went to ask her a question and she looked at me and ignored me and walked away while I was speaking. I then said this isn’t good customer service in which she said I don’t care I’m busy. I then asked for her name and said I will write a complaint and she laughed and said go ahead. It’s such a shame because I was going to spend money in fendi but this made me leave and buy something from lv where I was treated with much more respect. Thanks a lot kassia!

I had the worst customer experience at the Fendi store in Selfridges after visiting various luxury stores that day. The brand representative approached me with an extraordinarily serious and aloof expression, treating me as if I were a thief or a "disease", perhaps because I touched their bags “without permission”, or maybe due to my ethnicity. It's also possible it was because of my casual appearance. Despite my confusion, I spoke kindly to her, but unfortunately, I was not treated with the same kindness in return. So, feeling sad and angry, I left immediately. I prefer to shop with brands that treat customers kindly and respectfully.

We dealt with the lovely Amaury, who was super helpful. We had a coat being repaired and he hand delivered it to our office once it was ready, just around the corner. When I next make a purchase from the store I will be sure to make sure I go through Amaury can’t speak more highly of him!!

I was after a vest I quite liked on someone before, so I went in to check if they had it. Just to figure out it was made of 100% polyester... Hell to the no, I'm not paying close to 2K for cheap polyester. Disappointing really.

Had such an unpleasant experience at Fendi on the ground floor today. One of sales assistances there treated me with an attitude. Even ignored me at first in spite of multiple tryings of me giving her a look that I wanted some help, and also I was sitting down on a sofa with my boyfriend waiting for the assistance for 10mins but after she got finished with the customer that she was dealing with, she intended to go to another customer that came far after I did. I got enough at this moment so said to her "hi can I get help", and she kept looking down on me that she even said "oh I thought you were just sitting there". When I asked her if they had the item I wanted in STOCK, she replied back like "oh so you just want to know the price?". She did not even listen to what I was saying.

I was very pleased by the service of the senior client advisor on the other day so I was kind of expecting to had a nice experience again, but this time I just got quite enraged by the service of the female staff that I bought a pair of sunglasses from.
