Really cold and unwelcoming staff. Came to see if I could return something and was turned away but you would at least expect some level of help or that they’d ask if there’s anything I want to look at whilst I’m there but nothing. Not what you expect at all from a luxury store.

If it is the case that the originals have a label inside which writes "Authenticity of the product" then i purchased a fake from this store as my label writes "Authenticity of the garment". Very dissapointed if this is a true statement. The zipper doesnt unzip unless forced, the gold rings write Fendi backwards. Its bizzare. Be careful what you purchase!

I visited the boutique last week, the host was really friendly and I had the experience with Adam. He takes his time to show me around the boutique and explain the designs of the store by Dimore studio and their signature scent in the store, I must say it’s a very stunning and cosy store. Then he proposed their iconic timeless Peekaboo bag, explained the bag in details. We had drinks in the boutique, he really made us feels like home. I’ll be back again soon!

The after sale service was terrible! As a loyal customer the way they showed no help or concern was shocking, in two weeks of my purchase, the jewellery (Ring+bracelet) I received was rusty, I went to back to the store to have it exchanged they refused to take action or responsibility.
I'm now regretting having spent any money on them,This will be the last time I purchase anything from Fendi.

To whom it may concern: it is quite astonishing, in the year 2023, a luxury store like Fendi in Slone street doesn't provide clients (and more importantly their staff members) with humane environment conditions. A few days ago, while the whole of the UK is experiencing a heatwave, I dared to visit their store in search of a birthday gift. I was in awe when realised that the temperature inside the store is actually higher than outside! My question to the management is the following: are you running a sweatshop? do you really expect anyone to spend their money under these Sahara desert conditions? do you have the slightest respect for your employees that are expected to work under these oven-like temperatures? the funniest part was that you were offering ice cream to clients outside the store, I guess to sweeten the pill they are about to swallow if they decided to enter this sauna...What an absolute joke!

Very poor customer service. Purchased an item as a gift for Christmas unfortunately the item was too small contacted the store by test on Boxing Day and they have stated it cannot be returned or exchanged as it is over two weeks. They do not offer extended returns for Christmas. Their sizes seem to be very small and when I asked about sizing they said they were true to size. This is not the case. Be very careful purchasing any item. The customer service is non existent. Very helpful when you want to buy something but when you need to return something they are not interested. I asked for an exchange but they have refused!!
