A long-established brand with extremely poor service. The price in the physical store is 35% more expensive than on the website. No reasonable explanation is given and no refunds are given. An incredible brand.

Beautiful building I must say. Nicely situated in a lovely part of London. There are two entrances so it's worth knowing which one you need to go to of you are going there for a meeting. I was impressed with the service I received in the reception area. The canteen is very nice and was a nice casual setting to have a meeting in.

Great experienced to visit Bicester yesterday,a lady name Fernanda Agustini assisted us with impeccable manners with our shoppings. We suppose to buy one item, we end up to spent almost 4k with my husband. Fernanda is a great assets with burberry, she was excellent in sales, she knows how to convinced customers to spend more... myself as an owner, Director and CEO with my businesses, I was very impressed the way she worked with customers... I definitely go back there again.

Покупая сумки постоянно сталкиваюсь с проблемами
Длинные ручки закреплены таким образом что застежки открываются и сумка падает на пол ..все содержимое сумки вываливается
Вам будет приятно собирать солержимое сумки в аэропорту?
И это постоянно!
Некоторые сумки якобы закрываются на кнопку . но она не закрывается из за жестких стенок сумки!
Зачем делать сумку на кнопке если заранее знаете что она не закроется?
Разные модели- одни проблемы
Приходится переделывать у мастера
Магазины конечно никакие проблемы слушать не хотят..им лишь бы продать.причем покупаю с лондонского сайта через интернет и в магазинах по всему миру
Позиционируете себя люксовой маркой значит качество должно соответствовать

Using bags constantly face problems

The long handles are fastened in such a way that the clasps open and the bag falls to the floor .. all the contents of the bag fall down

Will you be pleased to collect bags stuff at the airport floor?

And it is constantly!

Some bags allegedly close the button. but it does not close due to the hard walls of the bag!

Why make a bag on a button if you know in advance that it will not close?

Very friendly front desk in a palacial building reeking of opulence .Great containment for private lectures and conferences . I was here on a training course which was made all tge more enjoyable in professional surroundings that are well maintained . Food canteen bar was good and the toilets impeccable . All things that matter were top marks .
