Dillards has a great selection of brand name clothes, shoes and accessories. The customer service is always great! During this time of year you can’t miss the home section where they have beautiful Christmas decorations!!

I grew up shopping here with my grandma, I even worked here temporarily years ago. The energy in this store is way off and you can feel the passive aggressiveness a mile away. Went to purchase perfume and was brushed off. When they saw I made a purchase of expensive perfume they were surprised. I’m definitely treated like a second class citizen everytime I go in. The women in fragrances don’t even speak just stare and make me uncomfortable. I am a nurse that wears scrubs all day. When I go to Dillard I’m in sweat pants and get treated less than. It’s crazy. Never judge a book by its cover. This is why I prefer curbside pickup but they never answer the phone so you have to go inside.

It was ok even though the gal who helped me out with my Gianni heels said she would give me discount and ended up paying full price. For purchasing the shoes that where on display last pair of Gianni heels. But worth it , love ❤️ ?

I'm so glad I have a place near me that carries so many of the top brands in bigger sizes!!! As a guy who is 6' 5, clothes aren't the easiest to find, but Dillard's has a good assortment for people like me!!!

They have good quality and are not overpriced at all!!!

Update on 9/4/24...
Today, I went in looking for one Polo Shirt, but to my surprise there was a sale going on!!! I ended buying two Polo Shirts and another Polo Hat for the collection!!! I love this place and I'm so glad it closes at 8p.m. and not 7p.m. like the rest of the Shopping Mall!!!

My wife and I had an awesome time shopping at Dillard's in Stockton! They always have a great selection of men’s and women’s clothes, top brands, and the quality is really solid. The prices are super reasonable too. They even had a live DJ that made the whole vibe even better, giving the place great energy while we shopped. The staff is always really friendly with top-notch customer service. We always find what we need for any occasion. Keep up the outstanding work, we can't afford to have another store close!

OMG, what a beautiful store. The ladies who work in the women dress department were the nicest, happiest employees I've met! They were kind and didn't care that my niece tried on at least 50 dresses and didn't find the "one".

I had an amazing experience at Dillard’s, particularly in the jewelry section, thanks to Feryal! My family and I came here for some Christmas shopping, and she truly made the experience exceptional. Feryal was knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly helpful. Her expertise and warm personality made us feel valued as customers. She went above and beyond to assist us, and her great customer service turned our visit into a memorable one. Dillard's is a great department store. Clean, upscale, big and tall selection for men. Compared to neighboring Macy's, it's definitely nicer.
