Deliveries and Returns

In MyBoutiqueOnline we work with different Made In Italy brands. Each one has its policy and delivery times.

DELIVERY IN SPAIN OR PORTUGAL:

• HYD: standard shipping 2/3 working days (1).
• YOU LOVE ME: standard shipping 2/3 working days (1).
• LUNA: standard delivery 2/3 working days (1).
• VITTORIA: standard delivery 7 business days (1).

DELIVERY IN THE REST OF EUROPE:

• HYD: standard shipping 3/4 working days (1).
• YOU LOVE ME: standard shipping 3/4 working days (1).
• LUNA: standard delivery 3/4 working days (1).
• VITTORIA: standard delivery 7 business days (1).

When the purchase is over € 50 the delivery will be free. If the purchase is less than the amount specified above, consult rates (2).

The delivery will always be at the address that de consumer gives us. We only deliver products to peninsular SPAIN (we won’t deliver to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Andorra, Ceuta and Melilla) and the rest of Europe.

If the shipment is outside of Europe, the customer must pay the costs, more or less 15.00€ to 25.00€ (you can contact us before paying and know exactly the cost - info@myboutiqueonline.es).

The order made from outside Europe will take 10 to 20 days to arrive, depending on the country (you can ask us before ordering - info@myboutiqueonline.es).

Once  you purchase something, you can contact the Customer Service via email (info@myboutiqueonline.es) or by phone by calling 673376855 and we will indicate the status of the same and the date and time range in which the delivery will take place at your address.

When you purchase something in MyBoutiqueOnline you will receive a confirmation email remembering the deadlines of delivery of each brand.

Remember that, if you prefer, you can indicate a different delivery address to the billing address. You can also contact us by sending an email to info@myboutiqueonline.es or calling 673376855.

If you have some trouble with you purchase you can contact us by email or telephone call (during business hours (3)).

NACEX will take care of the shipment in all cases, in all brands of the website and in any type of order.

The day and date of delivery cannot be chosen, it will always be within the delivery period of each brand.

Deliveries will be made within the deadlines set by each store (see above), you who must ensure that there is someone at the address that you put in order to receive the purchase, if you are not at home at the moment, the order will be returned and cannot be delivered.

(1) Working days. MyBoutiqueOnline will make its best efforts to meet this delivery period, always within the maximum established in the General Purchase Conditions.
(2) Purchases less than € 50, shipping cost: € 6 more apart from the purchase price.
(3) MBO Schedule: from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

RETURNS OR CHANGES

If you buy at MyBoutiqueOnline and you are not satisfied with the product itself, you have the possibility to return it for but you cannot return or change anything in more than 14 days. Once you receive the purchase, in 14 days will be finish the period of change or return.

Changes or returns will be handled by MyBoutiqueOnline. If you want to return or change any item, you must contact us by phone by calling 673376855 or via email (info@myboutiqueonline.es) commenting that you want to make a change / return and once we are notified, from the MyBoutiqueOnline offices will start the process.

TO MAKE A CHANGE.

The change will be free in the case that it is in Spain. If it is outside of Spain the cost will be variable, but never free (you can contact us and ask for the costs - info@mybputiqueonline.es).

When you notified it, we will initiate the process of change and we will indicate you the way to proceed. We will send a NACEX worker to pick up the product / s to the delivery address that you indicated before when making the purchase. The carrier will always check that the package is properly closed. When the carrier picks up your package it will leave the one you have requested as a change.

1. Call the Customer Service / send email informing about the change.
2. The carrier will pick up the package at the time and day we specify and will bring the new package that will replace the previous one.

TO MAKE A RETURN

The return will be free in the case that it is in Spain. If it is outside of Spain the cost will be variable, but never free (you can contact us and ask for the costs - info@mybputiqueonline.es).

On the other hand, if you want to make a return, if it is within the deadline of return (14 days), the first thing you should do is contact our Customer Service, by calling 673376855 or via email info@myboutiqueonline.es and tell us what you want to make a return. Once you notified it, we will start the return process and we will indicate the way to proceed. The changes or refunds are not allowed for any product that has been unsealed and removed from the original packaging. Except for defective products.

The products that are returned cannot be used, carried, soiled, washed or damaged and should not have obvious signs of use.

If you want an invoice you will have to indicate it and provide us with all the necessary information so that we can issue it properly, if any data is missing to make the invoice, it will not be issued as it will not be possible to proceed so you must indicate all the data.

All products that you want to change or return must be properly packaged just like when they are received.

When you receive the goods at the shipping address, we ask you to verify that the order is delivered properly and that all the products are in good condition. In the event that they were not there or a package was missing, you must inform the carrier and reject the delivery. Otherwise, you will lose the possibility of ensuring your rights in this regard.

To make any type of claim is essential in all cases the purchase invoice or order number and can do it by calling the Customer Service 673376855 or sending an email to info@myboutiqueonline.es.

Once the return has been made and having verified that everything is correct and the product / s is intact, MyBoutiqueOnline will refund the money you have paid for it or for them. As long as the maximum period of 14 days is not exceeded.

RIGHT OF RECESSION

If the user is a consumer (natural person acting on the web for different purposes than business or professional activity) you have the right to terminate the contract without any penalty or reason within a maximum period of 14 days.

Once you notified it, we will start the return process and we will indicate the way to proceed. The products that are returned, as in all cases, must be returned intact, as they were received, MyBoutiqueOnline reserves the right to refuse any product with signs of use or defects due to the buyer.

The products cannot be used or opened, they must be in the same identical state in which they were delivered. With the same original packaging that is delivered at home.

The products must be sent to MyBoutiqueOnline in a single trip and, MyBoutiqueOnline reserves the right not to accept the products if they do not arrive according to the above conditions. If you want to exercise the right of recession it must always be within the indicated period, if it is late, that right is invalidated.

Once the product or products have been returned by exercising the right of recession, MyBoutiqueOnline will reimburse you for the money you paid for it or for them. As long as the maximum period of 14 days is not exceeded.
