It was our first time dining at Sal’s, and we enjoyed every moment of it! Samantha our server, and the owner’s daughter, was an absolute gem. She curated a wonderful dining experience for us and we cannot wait to go back! Not only is the pizza delicious and affordable, but they have many different options if you are in the mood for something else! We definitely will be back. It is the perfect place for a little date night spot. Thanks again, Samantha!

Great local place to get a slice and relax. The pizza was fantastic. My waitress was super kind and full of energy. I like this place. It makes me feel like I was back at my old favorite pizza place when I was a kid. Also the pricing was super affordable. Especially for someone who is no stranger to poverty. I will eat here again.

Loved the food, but once your 5:00 Sunday pizza make sends out a $25.00 pizza you know and can see from the side is burned. 2 peaces on one side and 2 one the other. Your reason for letting it go is nothing more than to lazy to make it right. Long term customer done

Update:
We returned for lunch because I like giving everyone a second chance at redemption. We ordered the fried mushrooms again with a large meat lovers pizza. Place was busy when we entered but everything was super! Waitress was again on spot! We did have a different waitress this time but both times the service staff was excellent! Our food came out fast hot and super yummy! We were in and out super fast with awesome service and yummy delicious food! Thank you guys for working together to make your restaurant top notch! I just knew the famous in your title meant something!! Loved it and again thank you to all staff for the excellent lunch!!
Waited 45 minutes for 1 large pizza that never came. We decided to leave at this point. Staff did not charge us for the drinks we had nor for the deep fried mushrooms. Waitress was on point and we would like to thank her for her time. The rest was just ridiculous to say the least!
I will give them another try a different time but for now omgoodness!!

Loved this place. Met the owners and their daughter Samantha. Absolute sweethearts! The food is terrific, the service was even better. Atmosphere could use some work but maybe swap out the cafeteria tables for some booths some mood music Italian or even just some mellow music in the back ground and a little less of a cafeteria vibe but otherwise it was great. We've never dined in assuming it was always a puck up or delivery place, but after a recommendation from a close friend, we were blessed to finally dine in. We will be back soon and really glad to live so close.

The cheesesteak was dry, mostly because the onions were not grilled or sautéed. They were just chopped and thrown on top of the sandwich leaves very little to like.

It was my first time here so I tried the steak with no cheese with pepper and onions, I also had a side order of fries. Let me start off by saying it was one of the best shaved steak sandwiches I have had in a long time. It was juicy and bursting with flavor and the bun was super soft and light. The fries were cooked to perfection and hit the spot! My fiance got the antipasto salad. She had been here many times and raves about the pizza here.
I will definitely be back soon to try their pizza!!

We were looking for NY pizza. Growing up with a Sal's Pizza im NY, I was hoping it would be similar. The sauce/cheese ratio came close, with it just needing a little more cheese for the amount to be perfect.
The crust was disappointing. It looked good but was not chewy, and it didn't have that fresh yeast taste. It tasted as if it were made with baking powder. I've had fresher crusts in cheap, chainstore pizzerias.
The women behind the counter were kept on their toes, busy yet polite and friendly.
The desserts looked delicious, but at $9 for one (large) piece, I passed. The price for 2 large cheese pies was $30 (seemed a bit high), and with 2 toppings, came to a little over $36.
Overall, I enjoyed the pizza and ate it without hesitation, but I just wish the crust was made with yeast and kneaded.
