I am extremely happy about the excellent customer service they had at the Fendi boutique. Jennifer was the best. She was able wrap a beautiful silk braid on my Peekaboo purse handle. She made my experience at the store great. I am truly amazed and impressed.

I’d give this store a rating of 0 if I could. The employees gossip about customers, while they’re shopping and they’re very condescending to black people. I came by to get my wife a gift for Mother’s Day recently, and I was window shopping to see what I wanted to select. There’s a pregnant, short lady that’s there, and she’s just the worst. Her attitude, her body language is very degrading. It’s like she wanted me to get out of the store for simply looking. I also overheard them tell their security to keep watch on me, and that broke me.

I own several businesses in LA, and my wife and I were in town. Very rude, degrading, low level or customer service. If I was white, the experience would’ve been different for sure. And there’s another employee, with a bald spot and a mustache, he’s very chatty and seemed very disengaged with the clients he was giving a presentation on a Peekaboo. This store is a mess.

But I’ll be sure to never return. I had no idea my blackness would’ve been a problem. I eventually got my wife a bag from Louis Vuitton across the hallway in Hudson Yards. I was treated with respect.

1 bad thing about this Fendi location is the store manager "Lauren"❕️ she is not a people person & from what I see all customers & staff seem to be annoyed by her & no customers want her help cause she got a attitude...smh...I would not recommend this location cause of her.

I went to the Hudson Yard location. Upon entering i was immediately greeted by the warm staff. Security even said hello. I asked to speak to the Client Advisor whom I had communicated by text. I didn't believe but he was actually in the store. Shawn was AWESOME! I heard so many stories and seen videos of clients like myself being mistreated at luxury stores. That was NOT my experience. Shawn made me feel very welcomed. He asked if I would like a complimentary beverage and suggested other items to go with my main purchase as well. I don't shop at Fendi often yet this experience has made me rethink about that. Thanks Shawn...You ROCK!!!!!!

He had so much knowledge about each piece and welcomed me to the FENDI FAM!
