It was tricky and unprofessional of manager and SA at this location. I went to the store and they didn't have size of item I wanted. They put in an order online to pickup at the store. They asked me to pay full amount upfront and I was unaware that store were non-refundable. Next day, my item came than I went to try on at the store, it didn't fit me well. I told them I didn't want to take it. The SA told me they couldn't give me the refund on pre-order item, new with tags that didn't fit me because the transition that I paid was yesterday and this was the brand policy. I asked to speak to the manager, she told me same thing.

My advice for everyone who will shop here, DON'T pay anything upfront before you get the item. DO NOT make a purchase in the store overnight because THEY WON'T GIVE A REFUND!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Fendi Soho store, and the experience was exceptional.

I was helped by the store manager, David. His dedication to customer service was evident from the start. I had been struggling with a repair issue with my bag, and David went above and beyond to ensure that it was resolved. He listened attentively to my concerns and took the time to understand the problem. David was willing to go the extra mile to help me. Not only did David assist me with my repair issue, but he also took the time to help me find the perfect card holder.

Overall, my experience at the Fendi Soho store was outstanding, thanks in large part to the exceptional customer service provided by David.

I was not advised that all purchases at this store were non-refundable. I have reached out to numerous people about this issue. I received terrible customer service. One person said I had signed the credit card receipt and should have read that the shoes were non-refundable. Strangely enough, if I had bought them online, they were refundable. Will not purchase any Fendi products in the future or recommend them to anyone.

One star is far too generous, I give the Soho location zero stars across the board. My sister and I traveled from DC to NY for her birthday to visit a couple of high end stores. As soon as we entered the Fendi boutique we were never acknowledged with any type of customer friendly greeting. The all male sales reps were extremely cold and rude and did not show us around or even ask if we had any questions. We quickly left the store and went across the street to MCM and LV where we were met with superior customer service with warm and friendly professional representatives. I will NEVER spend my money where I am treated like anything, no matter the brand name...period.

Visit here after so frustrated from the service at 5th Ave. Staffs are all nice, and they carry various items. Recommend here than other boutiques in manhattan.
