On 11/11/24 closed at 9:27 PM exactly 33 minutes before closing on an absolute emergency of a day I needed to buy one single item in 2 minutes maximum. Carted up both enterances despite nowhere saying they close early. Never going back to this location after I get what I want. Pretty sickening.

Update: Not worth going back to get what I want. Who knows if they'll even be open since they don't post anything.

It's neat in here and this location usually is well stocked. However, HEADS UP - Amazon Returns closes before regular returns. When I went, I was told it closes at 8 pm (store itself closed at 10pm according to online). I don't know if this is a specific store thing. Added, I did not see any signage detailing this around the store - please add a sign so people will know and not waste their time!!!

Silvia and Jajuana gave me a great shopping experience. It was thorough and I left with a bigger purchase than I came in for because they took their time to show me around the colognes. Great personalities too. It was a fun experience.

This store is full of racist and prejudice staff. My mother and I were followed around the entire time we shopped there. The staff was rude and no one offered to help us with anything but they had no problems following us and trying to coerce me into getting a credit card. My mother is a nurse manager and I am a medical student. She has a Kohl’s credit card holder but was treated like a thief.
We both made several purchases despite this but I don’t feel comfortable coming back here and wouldn’t advise that others support this location. Even the Sephora staff was rude and also nosy and not helpful. I expressed that I wasn’t sure about my email or phone number for the rewards and received no help. The cashier just tried to figure out where I was coming from and what I did before I moved here…

The staff pretended to be doing busy work everywhere we went. From the shoe department to the decorations and women’s clothing. We didn’t make a mess and put everything back where we found it afterwards.

I’ll make a more detailed review of my experience elsewhere later on.

Recently came in the store late one night looking for an item I desperately needed for the next day and Laura was OVERLY KIND when I asked her a question about a product. She went out of her way to guide me to the right department & to help me look....and to make it an even better experience, Cindy came over to help her find the item. They both were awesome! Such a great representation of outstanding customer service, that is unfortunately lacking at many places. I will be back again and again because of it! Thank you to both of you ladies! 🙂

It's where I go to make Amazon Returns.
Every other time I go there they completely rearrange the store.
Employees look bored and miserable.
And when you do shop there.
I feel like I'm always being followed, like they are waiting for me to shop lift or something.
I'll be chilling checking the clearance rack( because you get 20% off when you return Amazon there)
No one around. And one by one Employees just happen to show up pretending to straighten clothes or racks .
No matter what section I happen to be in.
All the sudden work is to be done 5ft away from me.
Idk. Maybe i'm paranoid. Maybe I'm just one of 5 customers in this massive store.

Sharon was my cashier. She was friendly, thorough, didn’t rush, scanned my coupons, and made sure my glass items were wrapped up securely.

This Kohl’s is my go to store. They always have a good variety of items. Since the remodel they self check out as well as regular registers, makes checkout easier.
