Love this Macy’s. Online orders are always ready for pickup as stated unlike the Macy’s in Evergreen Park. I will drive all the way to Orland going forward instead of Evergreen Park store which is a lot closer to me because I’m forever having issues with the Evergreen store. Thank you for the exceptional service Orland Macy’s.

I wanted to thank Hannah at the shoe department especially for her amazing customer service and patience. My card got declined because I had to make a payment. She held my stuff after helping me tremendously finding the stuff I need. Such a sweetheart and so nice! Thank you Hannah

Ordered two items within minuets apart. 1 was ready so I went in an attempt to see if the second order was ready. I retrieved my one item and when I asked if the second item could be pulled since I was already there I was told no. I went ahead and found the item and brought it to customer service and was created by a rude staff member who I was told was the manager. This staff member was not willing to help me at all even after I had a lady in the cologne isle bring it up to the front. I will never go back to this store and plan to file a complaint with macys corporate. Store 261

I have lived in this neighborhood for decades and used to love this Orland Park Macy's, but my opinion has changed drastically because of the present physical condition of the store. It used to look elegant, but now looks in many areas like a bargain basement after a fire sale with merchandise strewn about, sometimes in sloppy piles on tables and on the floors and under clothes racks. Shoe tables and racks are a mess. Price tags are missing. Clothing is not sorted correctly by sizes, etc. I have been going to this store recently only when I don't have time to travel elsewhere, and today I have decided not to do even that because of the following incident: Just today I called Macy's to purchase a 50% off bolster pillow which I saw advertised for the sale price of $72. Because I did not want to go into this Macy's and did not have time to travel to another Macy's, I called to purchase the pillow and have it delivered. I was told I would have to come INTO the store to get the $72 SALE price; if I purchased the pillow over the phone and had it delivered, however, I would have to pay the FULL price of $146 plus delivery charges. How absurdly customer-unfriendly is that?! There are many other places to shop. The sales staff is the only saving grace of this store. They are pleasant and helpful both in person and on the phone.

Bathrooms can use some cleaning every 2 hours. Shopping there is good. I have found some good sales and the backstage is better.

I went to MAC inside Macy’s and received great customer service from sales clerk Nadeen Abuyameen. She is very knowledgeable and nice and she really took her time with me making sure I bought the right makeup for my skin tone
