*Update, Sals helped me a lot recently by being the perfect in between housing for me. I was living in Miami and got a new job in pompano. Saved me from commuting during my transition. They put me in a 3/4 house since I have significant clean time. So it fit me well. Now I have my own apartment and enjoying my new job. Grateful for Sals community.

This was my landing spot after moving here cross country. It helped me tremendously to stay focused on my recovery and have a comfy, CLEAN, and positive home. The staff were always focused on supporting the best toward personal recovery. I felt loved and found some good friends living here.

Best halfway house in broward ! Clean property, decent room mates didnt have any drama in the house or have to worry about people stealing from me. Mr. Salt was fair and good guy to work with.

I have stayed at salts houses for a while and I must say he really cares about people . If you need a safe space to sleep and recover salts is the place to go ! Thank you for everything!

I was a resident at his halfway house and packed my stuff up and left because of how disrespectful salt is to the women there. He treats everyone differently some women he picks up hangs out with all day. Some women has been in the halfway longer than 2 years and they should move to other houses however he moves women that just got there to other houses. Also I am on suboxene maintenance I went to an outside Doctor by myself, to the pharmacy picked up my own prescription salt made me turn my meds in to him and when I left there he refused to give me my medication knowing that is what keeps me sober. I filed a police report and they are handling this professionally. Salt is not professional and does not care about your sobriety.

Please for your own sanity and safety do not come here!!! The owner is verbally abusive, and they will not hesitate to put u out on the streets

Salt the owner at sals community made this experience very special and comforting. i came here pregnant at a hard time in my life and i got the support i needed to start my recovery journey and get back on my feet. very clean housing and wonderful community with kind people. well structured and one of the best halfway houses in my opinion !

I’ve had great experience staying here! The house is very clean, everyone works together to keep it clean, the house meetings are amazing, a lot of information and insights on sobriety. Location is very convenient, close to airport, a lot of stores are walking distance. Had to leave early because of emergency situation at home, owner was very nice about it and cooperative and provided refund accordingly
