Hey you all so you know I'm going to leave my review whenever I visit anywhere to help you all out. So I went to this car that was referred from a friend. I'm here in Chicago because I have to bury my sister which is already having me in a sad place but I do want it clean vehicle before I go to the funeral. However this place did a horrible job after I paid for the most expensive car wash I use the rest area came out in my car was ready. Wow I said this is the fastest I ever been to a car wash that do inside and out that fast I also informed them that I am the person that will walk through thoroughly and make sure it's done good at the paying $40. So yes just as I thought got to my vehicle and it's a mess. Water was still everywhere they didn't even wipe them doors because it was mud stains still on my doors for my shoes when she was in the car with me Crumbs was still in the cup holders they didn't wipe my windows. I also let them know I just put new seat covers on my vehicle and they removed them and then put them back so I spoke with the girl at the register she said we don't remove seat covers I told her well you come out there and see for yourself they did. so I guess the manager came out to help wipe down whatever needed to be wiped down as I pointed out so many things that was horrible. I promise you I will never attend this car wash again they service was horrible I'm thinking they was rushing to go home because they close at 6:00 I believe or 5:00 but I made it at 4:00 and my car was done in less than 10 minutes this was ridiculous. They did not give me the treatment that I paid for and you best believe I'm going to get in contact with corporate or whoever the owner is and I need my refund. I'm making this post because this is what I do. Now I'm out of town yes I'm guessing Chicago people like the work they get done which is halfway done and this is very sad. All I'm asking is I pray that these people give me a refund back. Because it wasn't even worth $40 and I see why they are empty. The place only have one car inside normally on a Friday car washes be packed. All I'm going to say is wow wow wow wow a waste of money..
By the way I did make a mistake I didn't review the reviews I should have did that first because they definitely have one Stars everywhere how did they get to a four-point whatever I'm very upset I had to come back and edit my post. Lol

Downtown prices in the hood. I have a mid sized suv and paid $31 for an exterior and interior car wash. I asked the heavy lady about why I was being charged for a full-size suv she turned and spoke spanish to her coworker, who was speaking english to another customer. This is a very disrespectful lady. You're in the wrong neighborhood if that is your style of communication while in a black english speaking North lawndale. My Dash was dirty, nothing inside wiped down. Tire shine is watered down. This is not it?

It's the first time I bring my car here. The price is crazy. They charged me $36 and my car wasn't even properly cleaned. The dash board was still dirty and they charge extra to leave the interior looking shiny. I take my car to another place they just charge me $25 all included car nice and clean and interior looking nice and shiny. I wouldn't recommend.

So this was my 1st time and unfortunately last! Someone referred them to me because I was on the west side of Chicago but I can say I was highly disappointed! The services,prices and overall work was not up to part for what I paid. I specifically told them my mats are in the back streets for them to wash and they did not. Did not clean my cup holders. Nor did they wipe
The dashboard properly. On top of it all they did something they reset my whole car. $36 for a $18 work is outrageous. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

They keep my baby clean but some days are better than others sometimes they be rushing and miss a few things

I cannot begin to describe how unprofessional this place is. I tried their service twice. The first time I used them they did not properly clean the interior and got upset with me when I brought it to their attention.

I was in a hurry and decided to use them a second time. As I was existing the vehicle the washer sprayed me with soap and did not apologize. He said if I did not want to continue, leave.

I did just that. Unbelievable. I though a cameraman would pop out saying that I was being pumped. In a sense I was. Lol. Never again will I use this service.
