Terrible customer service. Ordered through DoorDash and they forgot to give the driver the meatballs and French fries. I called and they said I could come pick them up…really. They messed up and I have to drive there after spending $72. She then said they would deliver them to me. 10 minutes later they called and said they could not deliver and I have to call DoorDash for a refund. Nice way to treat your customer. Food is very expensive and they seem not to care about fixing their mistakes. Will spend my money elsewhere from now on…

The worst restaurant in Royal Palm Beach! The pizza is terrible- a medium is more like a child size, the crust is like cardboard in taste and texture. Also ordered a tiramisu for $10.75…look what I received! Slightly bigger than a postage stamp.

Overpriced bland flavorless and not what I ordered. I ordered an extra large half pepperoni half chedder on mozzarella pizza that's it what was delivered to me was a 14 inch/medium pizza half pepperoni Pizza $24.96 for a medium Pizza. I called back and they said I got exactly what I ordered no refunds or exchanges thats how much the prices always are? If I paid with a credit card I would have disputed but I paid cash. It's all overpriced and small proportions I used to love the calzone but I'm tired of over paying for flavorless simple delivery.

Calamari was $16 and this is what i received. I noticed when i got home. I would like a refund as this amount of calamari is simply unacceptable for the price.

if I could leave 0 stars, I would. The only redeeming quality of this place is the pizza. Other locations would NEVER get this trashy. I ordered a plate of chicken tenders and fries and I don’t even know if you could call this chicken. It’s completely burnt and instead of just making us another order they passed it off like it was good. 99% breading and 1% chicken. And the staff is horrible, called in an order and I was left on hold for an hour. I walk into the place and it’s completely empty. This is the closest location to me and I’m upset they failed to meet regular health standards.

I order from there 2x a week for the past 3 years bc I love their salads but I have about HAD IT with the customer service and the prices. I ordered last week a large cheese pizza, a salad, and a calzone it came to $58. Fine. Today I ordered a mini personal pie (they don’t sell by the slice here), a small calzone, and a salad. It’s also $58. I asked the girl how it’s the same price as last time I ordered if it’s a mini pizza but she had no answer. She’s also just all around rude every time I call. The ingredients are fresh in the salad usually! But it’s hit or miss on whether you will get everything in your salad even if you specifically ask/pay extra for it. The training in the staff there is SO BAD that I don’t even bother when they mess up our insanely priced order. The people who pick up the phones or take your order in the restaurant are minimally trained if it ALL. I once asked them if they have chicken rolls and the lady asked me what that was. LOL you work in a pizzeria and you DONT KNOW WHAT A CHICKEN ROLL IS? Literally just one example. I could go on all day. The ownership needs to take better control of this place. I live around the block but thinking of trying new places.

Despite the most recent reviews, I wanted to give this place a second chance. The pizza was TERRIBLE! You're better off eating Taco Bell or McDonald's rather than eating their pizza. How do you mess up a cheese and pepperoni pizza like HOW?!

I'd eat here more often bc it's so close to me but the food is kinda average and super overpriced. I got the baked sampler for almost $30 and was excited for it, for the price I was ready for a tray of food and it came in a tin barely larger than the soup container at Olive garden. All the food was overpriced. The online ordering system is confusing as hell. The calzone and strombolis are good but super greasy. I'd eat here again if I felt too lazy to pick up a Stouffer's lasagna or Mario the baker was closed.
