I went to the Ferragamo outlet at the sawgrass mills yesterday ,, I wasn’t greeted when I walked in , instead I was looked up & down like I had no business shopping in there. I looked around & was eventually approached by a polite older assistant , but it was too late I felt uncomfortable so I left . I’ve shopped ferragamo for years mostly at palm beach gardens when I lived up there , I work luxury retail & I know it’s common sense to never judge a customer .

They closed the door 1hour and 5 mins before closing time of 8pm as posted online.
My husband and I walked up to the door at 6:53 p.m. and the door was closed. Soon later.. about 2 mins later, the security came to the door and said that they are closed. We asked what time they close and she told us 7:00 p.m. it was 6:53 regardless and she would not let us in. The time online needs to be addressed if the the store closes at 7:00 and not 8:00 p.m. on a Sunday

I recently had an encounter with the general manager, who won at the sawgrass mills mall, Ferragamo outlet. He was so busy telling me how he couldn’t help me that I never got to ask him how he could help me. I have a Ferragamo belt that was bought for my son for his graduation and the buckle broke I was just trying to get it fixed. He had to tell me how he couldn’t guarantee the belt, and now I realize that he thought I wanted him to do it for free. I was absolutely willing to pay whatever it costs to fix it or replace it. Now I keep calling the store. I’ve been calling the store for two days and no one ever answers and the voicemail is full. Their obviously needs to be a change in management.

The woman who appears to be the manager has a horrible attitude and I told her I wanted to be served by a specific salesperson and she scolded him in front of me because according to her I should be served by another salesperson. I am the customer and I believe that if I want a specific seller they should respect them.

On top of that, when the salespeople were busy and I told her to find me some shoes, her attitude was horrible. If you don't like selling or serving customers, you should look for another job. the woman is brunette with shoulder-length hair
