If I can give a -1 star I would. I wish I read these other reviews before I sent my shoes in for repair. I dropped them off on Aug 6 2024 and now Dec 2024 I have yet to hear from them. I have made numerous phone calls and gotten a lot of run around. I wore these shoes 3 or 4 times and the heel cracked off in pieces. The shoes have to be defective. I have never had any shoes fall apart. Shame on Valentino.

Poor quality $1400 shoes. You think you are purchasing a product of quality because its a designer shoe and for the price look at what you get after one wear indoors. I am sure the replicas are better quality. They also offer no return and poor customer service and wasted my time, had me on the phone with Paypal etc. trying to return the shoe. They would not take it back. Beware of this designer Valentino. total waste of time. You can keep the money but i will make sure everyone knows about your product and will post on all your platforms. Hopefully this encourages other customers to post their poorly made items. Waste of money. I wanted to p ost pictures with this review but their page doesn't allow clients to post photos because then people would see what a fraud they are. i will check their other google pages to see if i can load pictures on there.

One Star is too much! Horrible Costumer Service, Madison ave NYC store….left one bag to get fixed ( please mind you first time wearing this bag it broke on me, defective bag $1300 +plus ) no one at this store has clue or call you back to inform you what’s going on… At this point I feel like I have my back returned and didn’t get money back or bag fixed!!! Horrible please don’t buy from Valentino!!!

ZERO ZERO AND NEGATIVE ZERO!! OMG!! order from ANYWHERE but this site!! Should have taken head to the previous review!! Website is slow and took 40 minutes to try to checkout and used 3 different devices because it will cache and not let you order! I was finally able to order. days later as I'm expecting my pkg and it hadn't arrived yet I looked and Valentino had CANCELED my order!! I went to the site to see if the shoes were really out of stock.. NOPE!! they there were right there!! so I ordered again (because of a cc offer partnered with Valentino) called customer service who is NOT the Valentino company but a third party company who is contracted and works from home!! They are not authorized to do anything and couldn't even offer next day shipping or a future % off absolutely nothing for this huge inconvenience!! For such a High price item and supposed to be prestigious company they suck!!

Omg I don’t know what to say about this company my mom Made me order from here for her . Worst experience. I order a pair of shoes my mom didn’t like it so I send it back for a return even an exchange. It’s been 4 months the company took back the return shoes and yes my money too . No reply from them . When you call to speak with a manager or supervisor, “we will have someone call you back “. Yup no one calls back . Trust me I have bought from Burberry, versace , LV , CL, Carter , Tiffany you name it but this company far the worst . I would not advise no one to purchase from here .

I wish I could give Valentino online store zero stars. I have never had a worse experience shopping online. Their webpage checkout is ancient and completely glitchy. It took over 5 tries to check out because of it. Then after I purchased 3 slides they never informed me that any of them were out of stock they just charged for one and didn’t show which one. They are being purchased fast from other places so I wanted to know which one they sent. I emailed them 5 times and called over ten times and each time I waited on hold for ten minutes and got hung up on. Never in my life. I will NEVER buy from this store again.
