Been going here quite a few times with my wife. Always excellent service and food. Chicken is outstanding and even more there customer service. Bought the 50pc mixed chicken at one point for a family members birthday and the whole family loved it. Always a pleasure doing business with them.

This place used to be delicious when it was only “sals Philly steaks”, now? Terrible. They changed the fries & barely season them. They changed their Philly cheese steak recipe, I ordered a chicken Philly. I feel like I’m eating a Mexican chicken torta sandwich on a French bread. This was a terrible sandwich, nothing compared to what it used to be. I couldn’t even finish it.

The service is great here, I have been twice. The first time I placed an order the price was different than what the cashier read on the register. He explained there was a fee to use your card to pay. At my second time ordering here I see they now have it displayed that the menu price does not include price if paying with a card, which I appreciate the sign and not just a suprise increase in my bill. I ordered the shrimp special, it only comes in large, for $15, it came with so many shrimp I am shocked, they are deliciously fried too perfection and taste clean and I can tell the cooks care about their food! Thank you, one of my favorite lunch spots now.

Pretty standard fries, sides, burgers, etc. Don't order the wings, they're disgusting wet rubbery soggy things. We wound up not eating them at all and throwing the whole mess in the trash. Other than that, they're okay.

To clarify since they seem to have responded to this review and blamed it on their "wet sauce", 1) they don't separate flats and drums, they cook the whole wing as one piece, 2) they put breading on their buffalo wings, 3) they don't cook it long enough so the skin beneath the breading is still rubbery, not crispy, 4) they don't tell you the first 3 things so when you order and get asked if you want your sauce on the side you just tell them you want your wings sauced like any normal person (who asks for their sauce on the side, honestly?) which in turn will make the breading into a soggy crumbly mess, with rubbery skin underneath, in a giant piece of chicken that couldn't possible be called an actual buffalo wing. I will also clarify that their sauce did have good flavor/consistency/texture and I liked it, I just didn't like the thing it was covering. I could make better wings on my own in an easy bake oven.

I never been to a fast food chicken restaurant where one day you can go in and order a three piece LEG combo dinner and then the next day the owner is telling you that he is not allowed to sale only chicken legs. The manager claimed he is only allowed to sale chicken legs with chicken thighs dinners only.

Our family gets food from here all the time! We’ve tried most of their menu and everything is fresh and delicious. Whenever we need to cater, they are our ‘go to’! The people and service are wonderful too.

I've passed Sal's Philly a thousand times heading to XC but was always too full to try it out, that ended today! I had the pleasure of walking into a place where the people working may have been some of the kindest I've met in a long time. I don't want to go into too much detail but they really seem to care about their customers.

The Philly Cheese Steak was delicious! Not perfect, little over cooked, but definitely better than most. I would come back, to try some more menu items and because the staff were great.

Awesome place and more importantly great service!! Treated me and my family like family. So impressed by the great quality of the food and how fast it was made. I recommend this place more than any other fast food joint in the area great deals and great food!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. My first time here and truly in love. Thank you so much guys!
